Non-refundable one-time pet fee is $150 per pet.
Security deposit is $150 per pet.
Monthly pet rent of $25 will be charged for 1 pet. Monthly pet rent of $50 will be charged for 2 pets.

All dogs require up-to-date rabies vaccine documentation and certification of the dog's breed from a veterinarian. A current local license number and photo of each pet are required before pet move-in.

Non-Acceptable Pets:
Pit Bull Breeds (including American Pit Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, and Staffordshire Bull Terrier), Rottweilers, Dobermans, and Wolf Hybrids (any dog that is part wolf and part domestic dog).
